πŸ›‘οΈPenalty system

What is a Penalty System?

The penalty system used in the DOUBLER.plus platform is a mechanism that penalizes investors who withdraw their funds before the end of their investment cycle. The penalty starts at 100% on the first day and gradually decreases until no penalty is incurred on the 20th day. This means that if an investor withdraws their funds early, they will incur a penalty equal to a percentage of the accrued profit they would have received if they had stayed invested for the full 20-day cycle.

It's important to note that the penalty system applies only to the profitable part of the investment. This ensures that investors do not incur penalties on their original investment amount, but only on the profits they would have earned if they had stayed invested for the full cycle.

Π‘hart of profitability and penalties depending on time

This means that if an investor withdraws their funds on, for example, the fifth day of their investment cycle, they will incur a penalty equal to 75% of the accrued profit they would have received if they had stayed invested for the full 20-day cycle. Detailed information on accrual of profits and penalties is currently displayed in each deposit window.

Same penalty system works in MATIC contract, but decreases 2.5% daily until no penalty is incurred on the 40th day.

This penalty system helps to prevent sudden mass withdrawals, as well as encourage investors to stay invested for the full investment cycle. It also provides transparency and clarity for investors, allowing them to understand the consequences of early withdrawals and make informed decisions about their investments.
